I see Korean food as a powerful antidote(*credit Mike) to industrial food that has spread from the Western world. When cooked as traditional food it's healing energy has helped many foreigners who have been exposed to it in Korea.
To borrow a phrase from Mike's entry, Korean food represents products of place, tradition, and even worldview, embodiments of wisdom handed down from generations past. Korean food represents a food culture that is strong in this wisdom. We can learn from Korea's food traditiona that we should revive our own food culture.

We wanted to focus on healthy and delicious food so we went on a tour of North Jeolla in Korea to find local farms and restaurants and people that were representing the best of Korean food culture. We think we did really well to find great places for people to visit and enjoy healthy and food for their themselves and their family. We hope you enjoy.
